The master suite features a King bed, flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a private bath with a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and flat-screen TV. The third bedroom also has a Queen and Twin bed with a flat-screen TV.

The unit also features a sofa-sleeper in the living room, an open concept living space with tile floors, balcony access from the living room, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, granite countertops, and a large breakfast bar. This unit also has a full-sized washer and dryer.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every comforter, and every pillow sham – EVERY TIME. Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

Our full-time professional cleaning crew utilizes EPA-approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before every visit, so you can rest assured that everything is perfectly disinfected. We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

Seachase is perfect for anyone's vacation. Property amenities include four outdoor pools, one is a zero-entry, a splash pad, a kiddie pool, three outdoor hot tubs, one indoor hot tub, an indoor pool, a tennis court, a grilling area, and a fitness center.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals from November- to January. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
