The master suite features a King bed, a 44-inch flat-screen Smart TV, and a DVD player. The master bath features dual vanities, a garden tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom features 2 Queen beds, a 31-inch flat-screen TV, and a private bath. The balcony can be accessed from the living room and from the master bedroom. The living room includes a sofa sleeper, allowing for the unit to accommodate up to 8 people.

There is a full-sized kitchen with granite counter tops and a separate wet bar with an additional ice maker. The unit also features a half bath and a utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

Regency Isle amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, gazebo, grilling area, sauna, steam room, fitness center, and activity room with a TV and WiFi in every room.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
