*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

*All bed sheets and bath towel are provided. Upon booking, you will receive a full list of what is provided and what we suggest bringing.

Parking Passes are required and purchased from the guard shack upon arrival. Passes are $50 each, limit 2. No Boats/ Trailers/ RV's.
