This roomy condo provides ample space for you and your travel companions to relax and enjoy your beach getaway. The private balcony offers stunning views of the lagoon and indirect views of the Gulf across the road. Situated on the 2nd floor, the balcony is an ideal spot to unwind on the porch swing while keeping an eye on kids playing in the pool!

Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with sleek granite countertops. For coffee lovers, both a drip-style coffee maker and a Keurig are provided. The dining area features a table set for 6 allowing guests to enjoy meals together. After a long day at the beach, relax on the over-sized, super comfy couch as you watch TV or plan the next day's adventures.

When it's time to retire for the night, the master suite offers a king bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The first guest bedroom features two twin-over-full bunk beds. The second guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The two guest rooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Getting ready in the mornings will be a breeze!

At the Cotton Bayou complex, you'll have access to a large outdoor pool and a grilling/BBQ area. Public beach access is just a short walk away, making it easy to get your toes in the sand in no time! You also have access to a private boat launch. There are strict rules that must be abided by before your stay in order to bring your boat so please let us know if these are your plans.

Local eateries are so abundant that it will be a challenge to visit each one during a single vacation! * RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per reservation parked under the cottage, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
