🔞 You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
📝 Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
🧺 Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
🧴 The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
🔹 One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
🔹 Bar of soap per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
🔹 Make-up removers per bathroom
🔹 Single sized dish liquid
🔹 Single sized dish washing detergent pack
🔹 Single use laundry washing detergent
🔹 Two large trash bags
🔹 Small trash bag for each bathroom
🔹 Roll of Paper towels
❌ We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
🧳 We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
🔹 According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."
🔹"Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
🚮 Trash Chutes are located by the stairwells on each floor
🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
🚗 You have one reserved parking spot on the ground level numbered 1403 - You still need your parking pass visible on your dashboard.
🆔 Security must be able to see the parking pass or the vehicle will be towed
🔹 Parking for 2nd vehicle is on a first come first serve basis and you may park in any open/unreserved parking space..
🔹 Parking pass will be in unit upon arrival and must be placed in vehicle upon arrival.
🔹 At the end of your stay, please return parking passes to the unit (there will be a $25 fee for any unreturned passes)

Admirals Quarters is a beachfront condo complex located in Orange Beach, Alabama. Outside of the condo complex getting around will likely involve a vehicle if you're planning on eating out, shopping or exploring the area.

Here's how you can get around Admirals Quarters:

👣 Walking:
The condo complex itself is walkable. You can easily get to your condo unit, the pool, and the beach on foot.

🚲 Biking:
Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are bike-friendly communities with designated bike lanes on many roads. You can rent bikes from a nearby shop and explore the area at your own pace.

Having a car will give you the most flexibility to get around Orange Beach

🔹 Uber and Lyft ride-sharing app/services are also available in Gulf Shores. This can be a great option if you need to get somewhere quickly and don't want to deal with the hassle of parking.
🔹 Traffic can be heavy especially during peak season and ride apps booking may take time so be sure to allow extra time for travel.
