Bergvliet Villa's is a unique brand new holiday park with luxury holiday villas, located in the middle of nature. It is really quiet here! The holiday park is part of Landgoed Bergvliet, a beautiful and spacious recreational area in the Oosterhoutse bossen near Breda, consisting of an 18-hole golf course, various restaurants, a grand café, a central building and the largest, most luxurious wellness complex, Spa One, from the South of The Netherlands. From your villa you can walk or cycle straight into the woods. The Burgundian city of Breda, downtown of the year 2017-2019, is a 15-minute drive away.

A quick bite to eat, a nice drink, an intimate dinner or a barbecue is all possible in one of the 2 restaurants at Landgoed Bergvliet, with a high-quality, yet affordable kitchen. Various types of events are also possible for example a golf event. Groups can use the Koetshuis for a private meeting. In restaurant Landgoed Bergvliet dogs are not allowed, on the terrace dogs are allowed.
The Golf Course is open 7 days a week and has a unique driving range, a par 3 practice course, a golf school, golf shop and an 18-hole championship course, which can compete with the best courses in the Netherlands.

Enjoy a total experience that is unprecedented for saunas and wellness centers in the Netherlands. Spa One is a state-of-the-art wellness complex where you - of course with all due respect for the traditional sauna corridor - fully unwind in an extremely pleasant atmosphere.

This unique family villa of no less than approx. 133  m2 has 2 floors and is over 6 meters high. This villa is suitable for 8 persons. The villa has 4 bedrooms with box-spring beds and each has its own luxury en-suite bathroom with private toilet. 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor, the other 2 bedrooms on the first floor, which are reached by stairs.
The spacious living room with a glass (sliding)door provides plenty of light and an optimal experience of nature and a cozy open kitchen is fully equipped. Through the living room you reach the partially covered terrace, due to the playful design, it seems like the terrace is floating. You van enjoy nature by sitting at the large table by the outdoor fireplace. The garden has been partly laid out, but a lot still needs to grow here, this depends on the weather and the season, the garden around the terrace is not suitable for sunbathing. There is a small outdoor storage room at your villa for example for your golf bags.

With the contemporary design the emphasis is on enjoyment. The outdoor life is of course part of that. Every interior item in the villas has been considered. From the large sleek dining table with oak top, to the rug and cutlery. Many tough materials such as wood and iron are used. The whole looks contemporary, not too trendy but timeless. The houses are light and at the same time very warm due to all natural materials. For example, all furniture made of wood is made by hand from sustainable wood.

The comfortable box spring beds and private bathroom give each bedroom the appearance of a hotel suite. A luxury that you will not find in any holiday park.

The house is very sustainable and has solar panels, climate control, triple glass and a high insulation value.

The ideal base for a weekend of golfing, wellness, discovering nature or discovering the area. Or of course catching up with your family or friends, your Bergvliet Villa is fully equipped.

Landgoed Bergvliet is Brabant at its best! Away from the highway, in the middle of typical Brabant nature with its vast forests, heaths and sand drifts. Hidden between the farmlands of the Vrachelse Heide and the Oosterhoutse bossen. An area where golfers, mountain bikers, hikers, cyclists, horseback riders and nature lovers are completely in their element.
Via the Vrachelse Heide you enter the Open Linie landscape park, a varied area where rolling forests, heaths, sandy plains, fens and farmland alternate. Do you really want to feel completely at home with nature? Then take a beautiful forest ride on horseback from one of the riding schools in the area.

You are also surrounded by the special nature reserve National Park De Loonse and Drunense Duinen, which are ideal for walks or cycling trips and these parks are a paradise for mountain bikers and horse riders. There are numerous restaurants around the national park. The public walking is forbidden on the golf course. You can take a walk around the golf course. 

And north of Landgoed Bergvliet lies De Biesbosch National Park, this is the largest freshwater tidal area in Europe. This area is not only a valuable nature area, but also an adventurous recreational area where you can walk, cycle or sail endlessly. And what about a trip to the Efteling theme park and De Beekse Bergen zoo, both half an hour's drive from Landgoed Bergvliet.

PAY ATTENTION! Business reservations are allowed on request for a maximum period of 6 consecutive nights. There is a maximum of 1 person per bedroom. An additional deposit is charged for business reservations. A continuous recreational stay of up to a maximum of 21 nights is possible, with an obligatory weekly in-between cleaning, which will be calculated after making the booking.

Because of the limited availability, the baby bed must be reserved in advance.

Bergvliet Villa's is a fireworks free holiday park.
A maximum of 1 dog is allowed, based on availability. Not all accommodations allow pets. Pet-friendly accommodations can be booked with preference.
Other pets, caged or uncaged are not allowed.

Breakfast is served in the Landgoed Bergvliet restaurant between 8:30 AM and 11 AM, prior reservation is required.

You can bring your own BBQ if it is an electric BBQ, a coal or gas BBQ is not allowed.

For electric cars there are 2 charging points at the public parking lot. There are 4 more in the park itself. For a fee it is possible to charge the electric cars with a charge card.
It is forbidden to charge electric cars at the accommodations!

House rules Spa One
• There are no special ladies- or swimwear days. Both men and woman are welcome unclothed on all days.
• Children are welcome from the age of 14, under supervision of an adult.
• Spa One only has a day- and evening rate and no hourly rate. (Entrance does not include handtowels and bathrobe).

House rules Bergvliet Villa's
Bergvliet Villa's has tightened the house rules to ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay. This is considered necessary in order to profile the park as a high-quality resort and to distinguish it as such.
We would also like to point out that upon arrival, you are requested to pay a key deposit that asks your attention to treat the villa, the interior and the terrace with respect, so that the following guests can also be offered the same quality.

House rules tightened up:
* For the group accommodations (8 - 12 persons) minimum age of the main booker is 25 years. Bergvliet Villa’s reserves the right not to hand over the key upon check-in or to charge a higher deposit, at the discretion of the reception. If you fall under this, your reservation will be cancelled free of charge. For normal bookings minimum age is 21. Families with children are allowed.
* Evening quiet at the park is appreciated and nuisance is actively prevented.
* Parties and gatherings are not allowed.
* Guests are requested to be indoors after 22:00 and noise pollution will not be tolerated.
* Upon arrival, all guests are requested to register personal details with telephone numbers.
* Additional guests visiting a villa are not allowed.
Key deposit:
At check in, a deposit is charged of an amount depending on the type of villa. You pay the deposit at the reception, this can be by pin or credit card. For stays longer than 14 nights, the deposit cannot be reserved on a credit card. If, after inspection, the accommodation has been left correctly and without damage, you will receive the deposit refunded or paid after check out. If the villa is not left in accordance with the conditions, we are forced to deduct the additional costs arising from this from your deposit.At check in you will receive the guidelines with points for attention for leaving your villa tidy.

There is no 24-hour reception.

Please note that if you cannot follow these measures and still travel to the park, you may be refused access to the villa. Or if you do not follow the house rules during your stay, you may be requested to end your stay early.

The park regulations of Bergvliet Villa's apply to every reservation.
