"Bei Betreten des Hauses war sofort ersichtlich, dass es nicht gereinigt war. Abgesehen von dem Schmutz überall waren die Möbel sehr abgewohnt, die Betten und alle Textilien sehr unappetitlich. Im Kühlschrank und Küchenschrank offene, klebrige Lebensmittel. Fehlende Bettdecken. Nach Rücksprache mit Novasol wurde das Objekt teilgereinigt. Da der Zustand des Hauses so war, dass wir uns nicht vorstellen konnten, darin zu wohnen und unsere Urlaubswoche zu verbringen, sind wir nicht eingezogen. Die...

"Bodde för 3 nätter med en rumskamrat. Lägenheten var fin och ren och jag kunde kommunicera lätt, pluspoäng för att besvara under julveckan. "Väldigt lyhört till grannarna, skulle rekomendera att isolera bättre och kolla till kökets luckor, vi hörde när grannarna stängde luckorna då dom smälldes igen då det saknades dörrstopp. Soprummet måste göras något åt, god ide med att kunna sortera men rummet var överfullt. Hade vi velat använda frysen så hade det inte gått då den var helt igenfrostad."

"This is a fantastic property not to far from Liseberg and in walking distance to various restaurants, nature parks and the town. Axel is a fantastic host and was extremely helpful. He provided a list of things to do and recommendations that was great. He also went above and beyond to send back some jewellery that was accidentally left behind back to the UK for me. I went with my family for the Christmas markets and I would highly recommend staying here! Fantastic space and excellent value. "
