This stylish completely renovated apartment is in amazing condition and offers beautiful flooring, newly furnished rooms and picnic table w/grill in the back yard. "SHORTSTOP APT 1" is a first floor (fully air- conditioned) 3 Bedroom apartment with Dining Room, Living Room with a 50" Flat Screen TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have 50 inch flat screen TV’s as well. Bedroom 1 Queen Bed, Bedroom 2 Queen Bed, and Bedroom 3 Queen Bed. For families / friends that wish to group together, “SHORTSTOP APT 2” is on the second & third floor and sleeps 10.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

It is NOT a 7 night Friday - Friday schedule like previous years. All Star Village and Dreams Park are now running on a 6 night schedule listed below. We will only allow check-in and check-out on these dates as the next group will be arriving the same day.

Guest Access:
Each apartment has separate keys. Laundry room is in the apartment. The driveway is shared with Shortstop Apt 2 and the house next door 2nd Base Apt 1 and 2nd Base Apt 2. There is plenty of space for multiple vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
Lots to do in the area. Your welcome guide is on the entertainment stand and emailed before arrival.

Wilbur Park pool, just 4-5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance - 1 Wilber Park Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820

Staying right on Main Street and a short walk away from the restaurants and nightlife, gives SHORTSTOP an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

SHORTSTOP is centrally located between both baseball camps.
