"Exactly what we were looking for! Indoor stove ready to go upon our arrival. Very cold weekend but the stove works really well to keep it warm inside. Gas grill outside. Everything you need to do basic cooking inside. Would absolutely stay again!"

"My family was in Onancock for a wedding and this property worked out great. We had 3 couples and some small kids. The fact that there were 4 toilets was a big plus! We had to do some food prep for the wedding and the well stocked kitchen was great. The sunroom was a great hang out spot. My husband and I enjoyed taking the kayaks out. The dock was beautiful and the stairs down to the water were a big plus The hosts were very responsive and everything was seamless. "

"The owner and host were Great!! The property was pretty perfect and even nicer than i expected. Getting there was easy from the boat ride to being brought to the property. The Captain of the Jason is right across the street and his wife manages the property. There were 6 of us and from using the bikes, renting a golf cart and walking it was super easy getting around. My brother and I kayaked across to an Island near the inlet with the kayaks on property and it is beautiful there. Looks like...

"Had an enjoyable 4 night stay in this camper with my son. Great communication with property manager who was quick to respond to all of our questions. There are pillows but no sheets, blankets or towels provided. Check-in procedure could be more clearly explained as well as the process for gate access. But overall great place. Will definitely come back. "

"My sister and I have always wanted to visit Smith Island. This house was perfect! Well appointed, comfortable, great location and terrific host. The golf cart was such a huge bonus. We had amazing water tours, walked, relaxed, spotted more birds than we could count. Everyone on the island was beyond friendly. Just had a wonderful time which was amplified by the great accommodations! "
