"Listing pictures do not so this house justice! It's fantastic, the views are wonderful! So roomy. The beds and linen so comfortable. The bedroom curtains so luxurious. Soft thick carpets. "Excellent cozy holiday house. Very clean with all things present that were needed for an accomodation house. Comfortable beds with loads of warm duvets and spare blankets for the cold location mid winter. Extremely effective fireplace with exceptional firewood making warming the house very easy. "This place has a great feel to it... there's a bit of character on top of everything you need. Such a great location in this cute township by the lake with Taupo shops nearby. Our teenagers enjoyed the local tennis court and we loved the little local river walk. Would happily return. Friendly locals too! It was a cold time of year, but the fireplace was a charm.
