Villa LAPIS acomoda 8 + 2 pessoas e possui três andares e várias varandas e terraços com incríveis vistas panorâmicas sobre o mar.
Ofertas ao ar livre: uma piscina privada aquecida de 26m2 com programa de natação contra-corrente, 8 espreguiçadeiras e área de estar, todos com vista para o mar. A área da piscina é discretamente cercada da vista para que você tenha sua privacidade.

A entrada principal coloca você ao lado de dois quartos e spa com sauna e academia.
Quarto No3 com cama de casal 180 * 200, espaço de trabalho, casa de banho completa com chuveiro (en-suite). Tem porta para acessar o terraço exterior com vista para o mar (junto com o Quarto No2). O terraço é coberto, tem sombra natural das plantas, com bancos de assentos, como o local ideal para relaxar durante o verão quente.
Quarto No4 com cama de casal 180 * 200 tem casa de banho completa com chuveiro (en-suite).
Sauna com banheira de massagem e chuveiro conectado com academia.

Espaçosa área de estar e de jantar com saída para a área da piscina e vista sobre o mar.
Na sala você tem A / C, TV, saída para o terraço, você e seus entes queridos podem afundar nos confortáveis ​​sofás.

Amazing week in the most beautiful setting
The villa was amazing! We went away with a group of 8 friends and the villa was perfect for the week. We were lucky with the weather and could make good use of the pool, also the beach is so close to the house so could go there a few times. The property actually feels bigger in person than from the pictures. It had everything you needed to have a comfortable stay. We cooked dinner in the villa a few times and finding everything was super easy. The host was really responsive and was happy to help us with whatever we needed. Overall would definitely recommend staying here!

Super Villa
A wonderful villa, immaculately clean throughout. The facilities at the villa are superb and the view is spectacular. Check-in was easy and were more than happy for us to check-in early. Plus greeted with a delicious tiramisu - thank you! 5/5 for the Villa. Unfortunately for us it poured with rain almost continuously for 7 out of the 10 days we were there (unusual, and bad luck we were told, for May). No-ones fault of course! Out of season, Omis for us personally was a little too quiet, especially with three children under 3 to entertain and a lot of rain! There are some nice restaurants and the odd boat trip, but otherwise not a great deal going on. We made the most of the in-villa services FerieHome offered, particularly the massages. Three of us had a full body passage from Ivana, and it was amazing!! All of us unanimously said it was the best massage we’d ever had. A lovely lady too, I urge all of you to book!

Excellent villa with fantastic view. Great facilities and everything you need in a villa. Ivana welcomed us with some food and a homemade cake which was very welcome. Lots of things to do locally and a number of good restaurants within 30 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic house! Even better than the pics. Great location, incredible views. It's a very short walk to the beach and maybe 10 minutes walk to Omis. There are several bars and restaurants in walking distance, and a supermarket a short drive away. Ivana was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The house was very clean, comfortable, new, and well-equipped. Great beds & linens, very nice bathrooms and showers, a wonderful terrace with a heated pool and ocean views, and a spa/sauna/gym downstairs. The living room has wonderful deep sofas for movie nights. There always seems to be some issue with large European houses, but not with this one - everything worked, and everything was great. This is a fantastic house for a Croatian holiday, and we absolutely will return! Thank you Ivana!

Fabulous home for our Croatia trip
This was our first vacation to Croatia and this home was wonderful for our family! It was impeccably clean, the rooms were spacious, the views are breathtaking, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for all of our needs. We visited during a cooler time of the year, so we did not swim in the pool. But the beach was a few minutes walk away and we enjoyed the sauna in the house. Its location made trips to Split and other surrounding towns easy, Ivana and her husband are great hosts and I highly recommend this property to others.

Simply gorgeous and we had a fantastic stay. Sparkling clean, comfortable beds, tasteful decor, amazing amenities. Well equipped kitchen and an amazing outdoor area to enjoy the sun and seaview. Ivana is a perfect host. She is very responsive and attentive to guest needs. It's a quiet residential location. Omis is a lovely town a short drive or half an hour walk away. There is a nice beach within a few minutes walk of the house. All in all this property is now the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at.

Die Villa ist in einem Topzustand und es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die vielen kleinen Details im Haus zeigen, dass hier nicht nur einfach etwas gebaut wurde, sondern dass man mit hohem Anspruch geplant und umgesetzt hat. Der Pool und die Terrasse laden zu wunderschönen Chill Tagen ein. Das Haus ist mit hochwertigen Komponenten versehen. Die Zimmer sind alle mit Topbädern ausgestattet. Wir hatten eines der Master Bed rooms mit einem traumhaften unverbauten Blick aufs Meer den wir täglich genossen haben. Ivana und Boris sind sehr liebe Gastgeber die immer um unser Wohl bemüht waren. Omis ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen und von Duce ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben jede Minute in der Villa genossen und können Sie absolut weiterempfehlen

Familien Traumurlaub im Herbst in der Villa Lapis
Ivana und Boris waren geniale Gastgeber. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von Boris vor der Villa empfangen. Er hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und alles in der Villa erklärt. Danach hat er uns den Strand gezeigt und wir erhielten in seinem Auto noch eine Stadtbesichtigung inkl. Restaurant-Tipps. Obwohl es bereits 19.30 Uhr war, fuhr er uns auf dem Nachhauseweg zum Supermarkt, damit wir noch die wichtigsten Dinge für die nächsten Tage einkaufen konnten. Ivana war immer erreichbar und gab uns stets auf all unsere Fragen sehr schnell eine Antwort. Sie hatte auch immer tolle Tipps und Vorschläge für Aktivitäten für uns. Zur Villa: Die Villa ist wunderschön und hat genügend Platz für 8 Personen. Als 4-köpfige Familie mit Grossmutter hatten wir mehr als genug Platz. Die Villa sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Was uns besonders gefallen hat ist, dass jedes Zimmer eine grosszügige Grösse hat und ein eigenes Bad besitzt. So hat jeder seine Privatsphäre und man kann sich auch gut mal in das Zimmer zurückziehen. Alle Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Den Fitnessraum und die Sauna mit einer Badewanne haben wir nicht benutzt. Der Fitnessraum ist aber mit den wichtigsten Geräten eingerichtet, so dass man sich sportlich betätigen und später in der schönen, modernen Sauna erholen kann. Das grosse Wohnzimmer mit der offenen Küche ist sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben immer am Morgen in der Villa gefrühstückt. Vom Esstisch aus konnten wir die wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer geniessen. Schade, dass man diesen Ausblick nicht jeden Tag zu Hause hat. Vom Wohnzimmer aus geht es direkt auf die Terrasse, wo sich der beheizte Pool befindet. Auf der Terrasse ist der Ausblick noch besser und den Kleinen (wie auch Grossen:-)) hat es sehr Spass gemacht zu baden und sich danach auf der Liege in der Sonne zu erholen. Bäckerei und Supermärkte befinden sich 2-3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Zu Fuss hatten wir 10 Minuten bis zur Bäckerei. Von Duce nach Omis in die Stadt sind es mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten und zu Fuss ca. 30 Minuten. Wir haben immer das Auto genommen. Duce ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und nach Split sind es etwa 30 bis 40 Minuten. Split ist eine schöne Stadt und wer Lust auf Shopping hat, der wird bestimmt in der grossen Shopping Mall (Mall of Split) fündig. Liebe Grüsse an die Familie und vielleicht bis bald wieder einmal.

Great in every aspect. Maybe I’m a bit too picky, but there’s no WiFi reception on the balcony (there is, but only if You sit by the glass door). Nevertheless it didn’t affect our vacation at all. Perfect in every way! We’ll be back for sure!

Great villa, great location
Really lovely property, really clean. Fully equipped kitchen, socked with essentials ( cooking ingredients, cleaning materials etc). The pool was great and has an integral swim pump if you want to exercise against a current. Location was great , 5 mins walk to the beach, about 15 - 20 mins walk to the centre of Omiš which has lots of good restaurants all very reasonably priced.The recommended taxi service was great, IvanA was very responsive to questions and made a lovely cake to welcome us. I would thoroughly recommend. We visited end of July. Face masks were required in shops and waiters wore them in restaurants, other than that and normal social distancing (1.5m) no other restrictions. It felt very relaxed , I understand it was less busy than usual, but didn’t feel ‘quiet‘ and social distancing was no problem. We had a lovely holiday.

Es hat alles gepasst. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht und noch mehr. Die Sauberkeit u alles Drumherum ist top. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, dass der Urlaub perfekt bleibt. Danke Ivana !!! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, außer mehr Zeit. Die Nähe zum Strand, den schönen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. hat das Ganze perfekt gemacht. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe und viele schöne Orte, die man in kurzer Zeit erreichen kann, vor allem Split. Überall ist es sehr sehr sauber und die Menschen freundlich. Der Urlaub war einer der schönsten in unserem Leben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall bald wieder.

Great Getaway for 8 Girls
8 of us decided to grab a getaway to Croatia and hired Villa Lapis for a week. The villa didn't disappoint, it was clean and really spacious. The kitchen / dining / open plan living was really great, which meant the group didn't have to feel separated when preparing meals etc. The pool is warm and the patio area spacious, with great views looking across to Omis. The bedrooms are all well presented, all with ensuites and plenty of towels. A big bonus of the villa was having stocked cupboards with items such as washing powder, seasoning, cooking oils etc which made a huge difference. The villa itself is located within a short walking distance (10mins) to the nearest supermarket and only a 20 minute walk into Omis, which has some lovely little shops and restaurants, thanks to Puljiz for taking on 8 of us, separating out bills and turning up the music for dancing, the food was lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the villa and has a great bar on the front. The Home Away Agent, Petra was very helpful when we were asking questions about our booking and was very responsive, recommending taxi companies for our transfer to/from the airport. The owner of the Villa, Ivana, was also very responsive when messaging and helpful in providing information on local taxis and trips. We had a thoroughly enjoyable day out on a private motor boat. The skipper, Paul, tailored a day for us which included Brac and Hvar. We also had a fun afternoon rafting on the river. Ivana didn't have any new arrivals the day we were leaving and allowed us to have a later checkout, which made life just a little easier on the day we left. We had a fabulous week.

Wonderful stay at luxurious Villa Lapis
We stayed at Villa Lapis for 10 days and had a fabulous time enjoying the fantastic villa and spectacular coastline. Ivana the owner was extremely helpful in showing us everything in the villa, very responsive in providing anything we needed, suggesting restaurant and excursion recommendations, and welcoming us with a delicious cake. The villa is beautiful inside and out and the views of the Adriatic spectacular. The villa easily accommodates 4 couples with spacious bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living/dining room area is spacious and beautifully decorated allowing for wonderful meals at home, followed by time on the deck by the pool. We had excellent weather and enjoyed the beach and pool, and found the location for trips to Split and the islands very convenient. Omis and Duce had lovely restaurants, supermarkets, and stores all within walking distance. Thank you so much Ivana, we really enjoyed everything about our stay and hope to return again.

Amazing villa
We were greeted and shown round the villa by its owner Ivana. The complimentary cheesecake and drinks in the fridge were a lovely touch. The villa was stunning, immaculately presented beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It is extremely well equipped with little extra touches you wouldn’t normally get in a holiday villa. There were great sea views from the terrace and pool which had plenty of seating and sun beds. The giant pool toys gave us many hours of fun in the pool including a very competitive daily pool volleyball competition! The location of the villa was great either a walk/short drive into Omis or many local restaurants nearby, Shooko bar was a lovely spot for drinks right by the sea. The beach is literally a couple of minutes walk. We had the best week here and all of us said we can’t wait to return.

Sunshine in Omis
Wow oh wow, what a stunning villa in an amazing location. Beautiful beaches, lovely bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The villas facilities are just outstanding, even down to the provision of slippers and bath robes! The beds are so comfortable, the lounge and kitchen are excellent and the views, well, just amazing. The owner, Ivana, was there to meet us and made us feel so welcome and we could call her at any time, if we had a problem or just wanted to know the best restaurant to visit. The value for money in Omis is fantastic, we would definitely come back.

Denne boligen hadde alle fasiliteter. godt utstyrt , fint innredet med 4 soverom hvor alle hadde bad. det var også boblebad i forbindelse med saunaen og trimrommet. Det var gullende rent i hele huset. Bassenget har var veldig populært for barna. Vi har storkost oss denne uken, dessuten har villaen en fantastisk utsikt. Vertskapet Ivana og Boris var veldig imøtekommende og gav oss informasjon om nær området. I tillegg fikk vi kake i velkomst, en veldig fin gest fra verts skapet. Takker for oss.

Everything about the villa was fantastic. This is 5 star accommodation in every sense. Ivana was a real host and was so helpful with our grandson who contracted chicken pox during our stay. She took him to the doctor and collected and paid for medication for him from the pharmacy. She also took us to the supermarket on our first day. This is all over and above what we would expect from an owner. The villa had fantastic views and is very close to the beach and restaurants. The food delivery service to the villa is excellent. Highly recommend this service. We have used HomeAway for many years and this is the best place we have rented. We can’t recommend this villa and Ivana highly enough. Thank you Ivana for all your help. Also thanks to Petra who organised travel to the villa and answered all our many questions efficiently and quickly. We had a superb holiday.

Hallo und Ugodan dan, ganz liebe Grüße nach Duce/Omis. Das Highlight war in diesem Urlaub die wunderschöne Villa Lapis! Eingewöhnen musste man sich nicht. Wir haben uns vom 1. Tag an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Dieses ist sicherlich der umfassenden Ausstattung des Hauses und der optimalen Raumaufteilung geschuldet und, nicht zu vergessen, der Lage mit dem traumhaften Blick über Meer und Berge! Dazu beigetragen hat natürlich auch noch die liebevolle Betreuung, Hilfe und Führsorge der wunderbaren Vermieterin, Ivana. Ausflugsmäßige Highlights waren für uns die Bootstour auf der Cetina, bei Omis, und der Tagesausflug nach Brela (23 km) mit traumhaften Stränden und glasklaren Wasser, Liebe Ivana, nochmals ganz ganz lieben Dank für die traumhafte Woche in deiner wundervollen Villa, liebe Grüße und alles Gute dir und deiner Familie, wünschen *die acht Männer aus Oberhausen*
