"To start, communication with the owner was fantastic. We were so happy to have so much information and the available to ask any questions.The house is cozy, yet very roomy. The main room has awesome high ceiling adding to the feeling of space. The kitchen was very well equipped and large enough for use by multiple helpers. We had small children included in our party and they loved the house, one said she wanted to stay instead of going home! So sweet!"

"The suite we stayed in at Everline was excellent. Fantastic view of the Palisades(Squaw Valey) Mountain from the room. Ski in ski out via the Palisades Resort Chair. Fauna, the property manager, provided excellent, and timely communication to our inquiries. I would recommend that the one cup coffee maker be replaced by a regular size coffee pot."

"We had a wonderful time and a great stay. However, I've stayed in Palisades numerous times and we felt that this unit was overpriced. Building 4 is one of the furthest buildings from the ski lifts so it was quite a walk carrying ski equipment. Also, there were a few things that the unit should have been better equiped with. That is, basic things a Hotel in this same price catagory would provide, i.e., decent sized bar soap, shampoo, conditioner. "

"This was great for the two of us. Step out the side door of the complex into the village, and just a couple hundred feet to the gondolas. The unit is on the first floor looking out over the outdoor hot tubs and up to the mountains. The underground parking can be a bit tight, but we were always able to find a stall when we returned from a ride."

"This was our second time staying at this house and everyone had a great time. Our party included three families with children ages 6-18. Everyone had enough space to lounge and rest but the large dining table allowed everyone to come together for meals which was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare and cook meals for our party of 12. It is conveniently located right off the main road. Would definitely stay here again! "

"We stayed 6 nights in this roomy, updated condo that needed attention. Some of the issues were mentioned in prior reviews, but I had foolishly assumed they had been taken care of by now. • If you are arriving after dark, be aware that the brass numbers ABOVE the garage door are very hard to see. "We booked this condo through Expedia for its proximity to the ski resort and dog-friendly policy. Communication with Tahoe Truckee Vacation Properties was easy via text, and they were responsive. The condo, while in an older building needing updates, was comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and a nice living room. It’s a bit farther from the ski resort than expected, about a 10-minute walk, which can feel long in ski boots. However, its location near the village offers plenty of dining...
