Fabulous and unforgettable stay

The house was clean and inviting, with a warm, welcoming feel. The garden and beach area were absolutely beautiful and made for a peaceful, relaxing retreat. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The owners were friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Overall, it was a fabulous and unforgettable stay for my family — we made wonderful memories here.

Beautiful Home and Location

The house is very clean and well maintained. The owner/managers were very communicative and easy to work with. The location is quiet and beautiful! The amenities, including kayaks, were wonderful and we had a lovely time.

Potlatch

Upon arrival, the house was not clean or ready for new guests due to a miscommunication with the owner and cleaners. After a short delayed response from the owner, a cleaning crew was expedited and we were compensated with complimentary drinks/appetizers for the 2 hour delay to get settled. The initial inconvenience was insignificant compared to the beautiful location, the comfort and convenience. Our vacation was wonderful and I would recommend this beautiful spot and home.

First Trip to Washington

We chose this property for our first trip to Washington. It was perfectly located between Seattle and the coast/rainforest we most wanted to visit. Communication was great with the owners. I actually think our favorite part of the trip was watching the seals and sea otters play in the water and on the neighbor's dock. The house itself was perfect for our group of five. The only thing we were missing was Kleenex for those in our group with seasonal allergies. That was an easy fix as we picked some up at a gas station. Some of the instructions left at the property were a little out of date, but after trial and error we figured out how to enjoy a latte from the espresso machine. We would highly recommend a stay here!

Awesome cabin on the water!!!

The only bad thing about this house is that my stay was too short. We loved everything about this place. The house had everything you needed and more. The outside and lake area, AMAZING!!!!

It's a wonderful day of the rest

A great place to relax, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I was especially surprised by the presence of seasonings, lighting at night on the corridors, a powerful grill, a beautiful garden, kayaks, a fire place, the opportunity to eat oysters, warm water for swimming, as well as clean comfortable beds and AIR CONDITIONING!!!

Great stay!

We stayed in this house for a weekend, 2 families with 2 toddlers. House is a good size, fully stocked with everything you need, especially kitchen. Beach access is the best part, we spent almost all our time at the beach, kayaking and just hanging out. Really appreciated toys and books for kids. Very close to everything, perfect location. Would definitely stay again

WOW, Just book it!

This is an amazing property, location, and access to Hood Canal. It surpassed my expectations. Everything about it was special - multiple kayaks and life vests so we could all go out as a family. Really nice fire pit area with plenty of COMFORTABLE chairs for around fire and on beach. Enough towels for beach and showers. Comfortable beds. Beautiful kitchen with plenty of untensils and cooking equipment. It was a very special stay for my daughters and I. I am so glad we chose this house and really hope we can come back again. Thank you for helping make our vacation perfect!

Lovely Time

Clean, updated & cozy

We enjoyed the updated kitchen and large table that could fit 10. There's an extra futon in the kitchen for seating/sleeping so you can choose to hang out in that area or the living room (they are separated). Tons of things for kids (books, movies, plastic plates/cups and baby gate so the kids aren't going up the stairs) there's even a Zip line and dome playstructure. Each room has a slider to a balcony. Upstairs bedrooms are connected with a full bathroom in-between! Plenty of extra towels, blankets, shampoo and soap, everything you could need in the kitchen including seasonings. Thank you for the thoughtful welcome gift! House sits back from the canal, walk down to the water and firepit area about 30 feet. We enjoyed the kayaks and are thankful for the extra lifejackets (kiddie sizes too!) Oyster harvesting is great during low tide. Plenty of parking in front of garage, could fit 4 vehicles. Don't miss the turn, look for the yellow surfboard on the right. House shares a Driveway.

Best Location on Hood Canal

This is the perfect spot to access all of our favorite places. Whether you are heading North or Soutb, everything is in reach. Wonderful home perfect for 2 couples or families. Every bedroom has access to the outside. The backyard trail system and beach amenities were beyond expectations. The no bank beach is great! Well stocked kitchen for cooking in! We have rented many houses in the area and would definitely stay here again!

Magical Experience

You can tell the owners of this property take great pride in every detail. The property is beyond picturesque and everything was taken care of, from the espresso machine to kayaks. As well, the property manager was very gracious and accommodating when we required a late check out. This is a special place and I hope one day we can come back.

Wonderful home!

Stayed with here with my sisters and friends. There was plenty of room for us, the home was clean and comfort le. The backyard is its own retreat! So beautiful and relaxing to hang out by the water day or early evening. We saw two seals and enjoyed the birds. It was a lovely stay! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Blissful Beach Retreat

Fantastic location with plenty of parking (we had 5 cars) and super calm beach. We host ladies weekends every few months and the main requirement is on the beach and enough beds for everyone and this place did not disappoint! We were all in awe of the magical fairy forest they've created on the path to the beach and privacy both at the home and along the water. We had plenty of room to sleep, nap, eat and play games. The house was well stocked with kitchen gadgets and a huge dining table. The entry code details must have gone to a junk folder, doh! But I was able to get in touch with the host and they quickly responded. Would definitely recommend if you have littles!
