"I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. "

"Centro flat 11. The apartment was clean and lots of room. However there were a few issues. the grill was the wrong size for the oven and did not fit. There was no oven trays, the fan in the main bathroom was on permanently. These were only minor issues but couldd do with sorting out. In general a good location and nice property. I used this area alot for business and would use this again"

"Honestly sometimes pictures lie but we walked in and every picture that we saw the house matched exactly. It’s a beautiful home with lots of space for you and the family to stay. We had a great time and would suggest this place to anyone and we will be booking again….!! "

"Never got into place,after 2 weeks of trying to contact host he contacted me saying the place has been offline for over 6 months. Still waiting to hear back from Expedia."

"The apartment is functional, great shower, clean (other than cobwebs on the windows), fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. However, it was incredibly hot and the windows are wired so that they can only open about 4 cm. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was extremely noisy. I am guessing they’ve had trouble with people leaving the windows open in the past and so have secured them in this way, but then they need to get AC as this was extremely uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep much because if...

"The barn was beautifully restored and full of interesting features. Comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could need and extra generous touches. The hosts lived opposite and were frienldy and helpful."

"we were there with some friends and we kept getting threatened because of our age probably but we assured them that we werent there for a party , they were saying they were gonna come out of nowhere to make sure we were 5 , she also added on to threaten us that if we left late she was going to keep our deposit money our whole stay the was bery uncomfortable and after we left they refused to give us part of our deposit back and although we cleaned the house they claimed that we left it dirty...

Was hard to get hold of the owner and get check in instructions. I had to chase a few times and get vrbo to chase them. On the morning of check in I was advised to transfer a security deposit of a few hundred pounds to get the check in details. It was all fine but I was nervous we wouldn't get the details in time.
