Cons: (1) the property is on a hill - you have to take at least two flights of stairs (not in the pictures) outside the house to get to the entrance, and then there is a colorful long flight of stairs inside the house (in the pictures). So be prepared if traveling...

"Of the 4 rentals during our Italian adventure - this property had too many requirements, for example, even though paying a cleaning fee - we had to clean the apartment, take out trash daily and had trouble with the showers not working. Was a very nice and spacious apartment conveniently located to train station, restaurants and night life. "

"Giuseppe is a wonderful man, who, with his wife and son do a wonderful job of managing the property. It is about a two minute walk to the sea, and located conveniently for market, bus, and trains. "This is a beautiful property, but you do need to be able to walk up steep roads. It was so clean and it had everything you would need. The bathroom was really nicely done with lovely tile. The best part was the deck out front overlooking the water. An interesting old building."

"Fantastic holiday full of great memories! Giorgia, was easily contactable, supporting us with all our needs, it is impossible to find criticism of her kindness and willingness to help 10/10. The accommodation had beautiful views at a wonderful location but not suitable for anyone who is not fit and able bodied. There are a lot of steps and a busy narrow road without a footpath down to the town. If you don't mind the steps and walk then I would highly recommend this holiday location."
