The location of the property is in the heart of it all, making walking everywhere so easy! Giorgos provided us with many recommendations for food, villages and beaches and they did not disappoint! "This hotel was really special (the online pictures do not capture how great the property is). We had the larger room for our family of 4 and it was really great. The staff was extremely attentive and the breakfast was lovely (an excessive amount of food and lattes were offered!!). They even offer to bring the breakfast to your room if you prefer. They directed me to a free public lot for parking which was about a 7 minute walk. We would absolutely stay here again."

There were absolutely no problems with the self-service check-in, and the room was absolutely lovely, with some quaint features and a welcome drink and sweets. Finding a parking space close enough to the hotel can be a problem, but the manager had made some good suggestions about parking options, so ultimately that did not prove to be a massive deal. "We had a great experience at this hotel.
The location is excellent — just a short walk from Chania’s charming Old Town. The rooms are comfortable, the shower is fantastic, and the amenities are high quality. One of the highlights was the pool area facing the sunset, and the jacuzzi overlooking the sea is simply amazing.
Breakfast had a good variety, and the orange pie was absolutely delicious — we just wish it had been available more than once! The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome.
The only downside is the lack of a gym, which would have made the experience perfect.
Still, we would definitely stay here again!"
