"We had the best time at Neem View. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool and used it many times over our 3 week stay. "The resort, rooms, grounds and pool were well taken. Are if and very clean. The beach was spectacular, cleaned daily and great chairs and Impella. The location was also a plus, as it was close to everything. Maybe due to being the off season, but the lack of restaurant was the only challenge. Now, ROTI KING in St. John’s was the best. As we like the local food and not the “posh” tourist restaurants. But that just us."

"Excellent location and standard of the property. Pool was a delight. Issue with finding the property as address given was Garden Apartments whereas it was Hamilton House. Taxi driver did not know Garden Apartments. Took about an hour to find the property then we did not have the key box code and took a while to contact someone to get it. After that though, very happy with our stay."

I Bought laundry detergent and washed towels and clothes while we where there. No dirty clothes to take home :) Beautiful views and the beach was within steps from our front door. I would rent a car because taxis can get very pricey."

"This remote, beachfront hotel is great if you want solitude and peace and quiet. The beach itself is OK but there was a lot of debris. The apartment was clean, tidy, but not well equipped for everyday cooking. We had to buy quite a lot of kitchen equipment. Neil and the staff were very helpful. "We had a great welcome Mrs Carolyn and her husband are 5*. The house has a very pleasant decor and has everything to feel like you are at home. Carolyn was always very helpful and helped us with two activities that we were having difficulty scheduling. Me, my husband and children felt very good, with the garden and a wonderful view. Access to the house is not very good, Carolyn advised us to get a jeep but we ended up renting a car, but with the care provided, it did its job 😜"
