"We had a wonderful stay at the Cliff Guesthouse. The house has a well equipped kitchen, large shower, comfortable living room and bedroom. The location is great for exploring Mystic. We were able to catch up on some well deserved rest and relaxation after the holidays. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area."

"We stayed here as it was close to our daughters cheer Comp and it happened to be my husbands birthday weekend so we wanted to stay somewhere other than a hotel. We enjoyed the hot tub! The view of the lake, the fire pit, the spacious downstairs to watch tv and play family games! Very easy check in. Would recommend, we’d like to come back when weather is warmer to enjoy the lake "

"Big house with room for lots of people adults and kids. Great location on lake basically all by yourself. We kayaked across the lake and hiked around it. Many other hiking trails in the area. Great history in all directions. Easy access to skiing and the ocean. "

"The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the beach pass, as we drove ~3 min to the beautiful water in the morning. The amenities were absolutely gorgeous and beyond functional. Plenty of bathrooms, showers, sinks, sitting areas, etc. for our party. We had a wonderful stay!"

"The property is super clean and cozy. Chris was a really good host and was available and responsive to any questions.. The location is excellent being within walking distance of downtown and the seaport museum. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.the seaport museum. "

"Very fun location near the beach. Beach is small but really a nice place to be. House worked well for our family of 4. Sun room was very nice."

"When booking online it is often difficult to be assured that the information presented is accurate. In this case it really was; this truly is a stunning home in a secluded spot; even the wildlife was welcoming! We were there in winter and had a snow storm keeping us indoors for half of our weekend but that did not detract from our enjoyment at all, in fact, it added to the ambiance of our weekend. The only downside, if there was one, was the approach road being unpaved and muddy when we arrived;...

"We gathered with extended family for a few nights in October. Cousins, second cousins, aunts, uncles, and a 95-year old great grandmother came together here for a few nights while attending a nearby wedding. This house (really two adjoining townhomes) had it all. Beautifully appointed. Plenty of space (for people AND cars--we had six). Kid and pet friendly (gates for the stairs, high chairs and pack-n-plays, step stools in the bathrooms so kids can reach the faucets). It was amazing. Things I am...

"The hotel itself is nice, but my room was not cleaned, only after I complained at the front desk. One day I complained after 5 pm, and it got cleaned, but very poorly. The next day I complained again, but this time no one came. Terrible service, especially for a Marriott."
