"I have now stayed at Pajaro Dunes 3 times. As usual love the beach and the spaciousness of the unit for a 4 night stay. The only things this time is the property lighting around our Building (Bldg B) was inadequate, including the lighting of the sign for all building. Secondly using the path from the staircase to the edge of the dunes had 2 covered sand-covered steps, that could not be seen but caused one of us to twist their ankle.(maybe a warning sign could have alerted us.) "Property is perfect for a couple and there dog. Room is very spacious with a little kitchenette for coffee and food to go. Bathroom is spacious and has everything you need. Room where you sleep has no windows so there isnt any cross ventilation . Location is beautiful. Hosts were wonderdul. Definately will be back this summer. for any cross ventilator"

"Overall an awesome experience and a beautiful little house on the dunes! The railings on the stairs were wide enough for our kids to fit through so just a little heads up for parents with small children. Also, the bbq is charcoal so if you plan to grill, be sure to plan accordingly."

"We celebrated a family birthday for a few days at this place and it was simply great! It had something for everyone with lots of games and amenities for the family to enjoy. The property is beautiful and really allowed us to relax and focus on family time. Nearby wineries and farms allowed the adults and kids to enjoy things to do outside the property. "Pleasantly surprised as it is obvious the owners are remodeling. Looks way better than the pix on VRBO. Bedrooms are all large. It did not get 5 stars because to get to the property, one should not be handicapped. Lots of stairs to the3 condos ...or a long graduated path up to them.. Inside there is no bathroom on the living level. One has to go down a flight of stairs to use the restrooms in the bathrooms. "

"Property does not state anywhere that it is an RV. It was nice enough but the bed is hard for two people to share. Someone has to climb over the other person to get up during the night. The shower is tiny with no water pressure…all things that could be assumed if it stated that it is an RV."
