"It is a rustic place to stay with a gorgeous view. We felt safe. Our dinner was fantastic with an exceptionally attentive waitress. She was the ONLY waitress, w/ a fairly full dining area. There was not a long wait for our dinners. Room was not modern but so much better than camping. "

"Our overall stay was good, we had great weather, and the top of the boat house was amazing with the views of the lake. When we first entered the home, it smelled very stale like the windows have not been open in months. We found a candle and opened the windows before the rest of the guests came. "It is an older property which has been updated with the necessaries, including kitchen and bath. We chose it for the location but mainly, because we were able to bring our two dogs. There were six of us and although the cottage was cozy, we were perhaps a bit cramped. That would not have been an issue but a rainy week forced us inside more than we would have liked.
