The apartment, on the ground floor of a residential complex, opens onto the living area, equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table and a fully-equipped open kitchen. Large French doors provide access to a lovely terrace, perfect for relaxing in the open air. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a closet and a queen-size bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Indeed, it is a holiday destination of celebrities who stay in the accommodations built around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area that extends from the Gulf of Cugnana to that of Marinella. The landmark is the well-equipped marina with 800 berths, although art and architecture have a fundamental importance as well for this town inspired by Venice, whose houses with flowered terraces overlook the charming alleys that lead to Piazzetta San Marco.
