"The apartment is absolutely beautiful located in the perfect spot overlooking the beautiful bay with views to die for and just a minute or two walk to a variety of restaurants and all the lovely beach bars. My sister and I spent many hours just gazing out to sea from the balcony enjoying all the boating activities as well as the stunning sunsets. Our hosts Anita and Dragan were so helpful and kind. "From the minute we arrived, Iveca and his family did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and with wonderful views from the balcony. Relaxing by the beautiful private pool was a highlight of the holiday as was the delicious meal that Iveca cooked for us. The location was fantastic, with beaches and cafes in walking distance. Villa Knez and our hosts were perfect in every way! "

"The apartment was superb, we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It had the most stunning terrace overlooking the Adriatic sea. We would have bit of breakfast and coffee here each morning, sunbathing on the loungers and late morning we would head for a swim on the nearest beach which is only a few minutes walk awat. Restaurants and bars are within 100 meters and Trogir by boat is just gorgeous with taxis boats going from the end of the road."

"Wir waren 7 Personen, 4 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder von 4-9 Jahren und haben in dem Ferienhaus fast zwei Wochen verbracht. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer, Küche und eine kleines Gäste-WC. Über die Treppe gelangt man zu drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, eines mit Dusche, eines mit Badewanne. Alle Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. "Die Tage die unser erwachsene Enkel und wir in der Ferienwohnung verbringen durften war für uns sehr entspannend. Der Ausblick aufs Meer einmalig, besonders, da noch keine Hochsaison war und die benachbarten Ferienhäuser so gut wie nicht belegt waren. Die Tips bezüglich Restaurants, Strände usw. waren sehr gut. Top ist auch der Parkplatz direkt am Haus, da die Straßen doch sehr eng und steil sind. Villa Neira ist sehr zu empfehlen!!!"

"We were given a room on the 1st day and we were told to move to a different room on the 2nd day, which was very inconvenient. Secondly the main door handle was broken and they keychain was broken and would come out if the key every time which was very annoying to fix every time."

"We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, which was very clean and well equipped. It has stunning views from the balcony, which we enjoyed. We opted for the transfer with David who collected us from the airport and showed us where everything was locally and was on hand if we needed anything during our stay.
