The Olive is a 100 year old duplex has been thoughtfully renovated with a mid century modern design. The property is minutes from Uptown 23rd District and Paseo District, full of some of the best restaurants, bars and coffee shops in OKC.

The residence has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and the living room has a queen sized sofa bed. **Memory foam mattresses on both beds**

Equipped with brand new appliances, including a washer/dryer and all of the kitchen necessities you could possibly need.

Guests will have access to the entire Airbnb unit. The other duplex unit is a long-term rental with friendly tenants.

A wide shared driveway with the duplex tenants, Airbnb guest parking on the right side, with additional parking available on the street in front of the property.

The wall dividing the two duplexes is a thick concrete wall.

Feel free to message with any questions - whether you need help with your stay or advice on where to eat or what to do in the area.

Absolutely no form of smoking/vaping inside or through an open door/window.

Please keep pets off of the furniture.
Quiet hours are between 9pm and 9am - no loud music during these times.

No guests outside of those on the booking without host approval.
