Bathrooms:
In addition to the master bathroom, two more full-sized bathrooms are located both upstairs and downstairs. All bathrooms have basic amenities provided (shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, toothbrush kit and q-tip kit). Hair dryers are supplied in the two of the bathrooms.

Living space:
A large living area is located downstairs and equipped with a 65” TV and enough seating for a large group.

Kitchen/dining area:
Custom built chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Drawers are fully equipped with kitchen gadgets and utensils for guests to cook and serve up the most delicious meals! The kitchen island seats six comfortably in addition to the dining room (seats up to 6). Other appliances provided include: blender, hot water kettle, air fryer, toaster

Backyard/patio:
As you exit the kitchen through the glass doors, an infinity pool with heated spa overlooks the lake. Seating surrounds the pool in addition to the lounge area (seats up to 8) with fire pit.

Saltwater Pool:
The saltwater pool has natural healing benefits similar to soaking in epson salt. Come relax in our infinity pool which starts at a depth of 3ft and stretches to 8ft at the deepest end. You will have direct access to the pool and hot tub but please give caution when children are present. There is no fencing partition separating the saltwater pool and the lake.

The saltwater pool can be pre-heated prior to your arrival for our raw cost of $48/day for the length of your stay. This payment must be received 48hrs prior to check-in or else there will be no guarantees of optimum pool temperatures upon arrival. A payment request will be sent through VRBO for all pool heating requests. Pool heating is not available during the winter season (12/1-4/1) as temperatures can reach the negatives in OKC.

We have a STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY and ask our guests to please be mindful of our neighbors by respecting the quiet hours after 9 pm. You will be asked to leave in the event of noise complaints as all violations are documented and reported. The property is equipped with a cloud based device recommended by VRBO which detects excessive noise levels and alerts your host when decibels reach levels outside the norm. If you are looking to throw a party or event at this property that will in any way disrupt the neighborhood, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!!
