Car, Uber and Lyft are the easiest forms on transportation. You can park under the car port ( 1 dedicated spot), on the connected driveway or on the street.
Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $55 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.
Location: There are two units on this property. This unit is located at the front.
Parking: Please park on the right side of the driveway. The left side is designated for the other unit.
Backyard: This unit has a fully fenced backyard, accessible from the back door.
Climate Control: The unit is equipped with a central HVAC system. Additionally, there is a mini-split in the living area
Laundry: The washer and dryer are available for bookings of 30 days or more.
Noise Potential: Given that there are two units on this property, please be mindful of potential noise.
Additional Information: There might be some cats from the neighbors walking around.
Winter notification:
Keep Doors Closed: During colder months, outdoor critters like cats and mice may try to enter if doors are left open. Please close all doors when not in use to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the house.
Hot Water Usage: The house is equipped with a hot water tank. To ensure everyone has enough hot water, we recommend rotating turns for showers and spacing them out to allow the tanks time to refill and reheat.
