You will have access to the entire studio, and our unit is ideal for one to two people. It features a functional kitchen for quick meals and a cozy bedroom with a Queen-sized bed. The bedroom and living room are equipped with smart TVs, ensuring you have entertainment while you sip a glass of wine and prepare your meals. Additionally, there's a clean, renovated bathroom with a large shower. Easy parking is almost always available right outside, and pets are warmly welcomed.

● Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $45 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.
● Location: There are four units on this property. This unit is unit D on the 2nd floor.
● Parking: Please use the designated parking spot for unit D at the rear of the house, marked with a letter on the concrete. Do not block the driveway. If you have multiple vehicles, please park on the street. If your designated spot is occupied, please park on the street overnight, and we will address the situation in the morning.
● Backyard: The backyard is used for parking.
● Climate Control: The unit has a mini-split with the remote. Please do not set the temperature below 69 degrees in the summer or above 75 degrees in the winter, as the pipes may freeze and stop working.
● Laundry: Washer and dryer are available for bookings of 30 days or more.
● Noise potential: Please be considerate and lower your volume after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We have three other units on the property, so there is a possibility of noise disturbance.
● Additional information: The stairs to the second floor are quite narrow.

Winter notification:
Keep Doors Closed: During colder months, outdoor critters like cats and mice may try to enter if doors are left open. Please close all doors when not in use to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the house.
Hot Water Usage: The house is equipped with a hot water tank. To ensure everyone has enough hot water, we recommend rotating turns for showers and spacing them out to allow the tanks time to refill and reheat.
Budget Airbnb Stay: Clean, cozy 1-bedroom or studio with a private entrance, bathroom, and small kitchen for $40-$60 per night—cheaper than a motel. Please note, it's an older property without a full kitchen or oven, and we don't offer luxury extras like wine, airport pickup, or high-end amenities.
