"É o que é. Um hotel à beira da estrada… a estrada principal de Kelowna… a meio caminho de tudo. Sofre pelo transito todo o dia e noite com os quartos que começam por 1 e 2 virados para a estrada sem conseguirem descansar. Os quartos que começam por 3 e 4 são para as traseiras e descansam mais. Pequeno almoço pobre na oferta de pão (só um tipo e empacotado). A piscina é razoável mas infelizmente fechada e com demasiados produtos "

"Traveled with my 2 teens. Lobby is very inviting, staff were great, water jug available. Sadly was not able to get a hotels.com gold member upgrade, was advised they were fully booked. Beds were comfortable, room was clean & spacious. The mini fridge is smaller then the average mini fridge which is difficult when staying for 3 nights. "We needed to change rooms and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and did not hesitate to honour our request. To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Can’t say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. "
