"My wife and I have been staying at the Kingsway Guesthouse for years. Our youngest daughter and her family joined us on this trip. Great stay as always. Home seems even more comfortable than before (if that's possible). Immaculately clean, well furnished and a great location for visiting Ohio's Amish Country."

"Freda's place is perfect for a stay in amish country. Its close to many attractions and yet rural enough to enjoy the quiet evenings. The house is very clean, comfortable, and cozy. We would definitely stay again without giving it a second thought."

"We were here for a family reunion and the house was just 2 miles from our venue. Everything was ready for us upon arrival. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day. Check out was easy. Only issue was ants in the kitchen. Since we weren’t eating there, I just informed Mr Bowers before departure. Would recommend. "

"We had 4 generations of 5 family members from ages 7 to 90 to stay while attending a family reunion. The Little Lodge was accessible for all, had all of the niceties needed to keep everyone entertained, great laundry and convenient to Mohican State Park, Mohican Adventures and our family farm in Loudonville. "

"The accommodations were very comfortable and cozy. Loved the ambience of the place! Conveniently located and within walking distance to some of the places we visited. Highly recommend!"

"Everything was great! The house was clean and we were able to make ourselves at home. The market being close by helped for purchasing drinks and food for our stay. We were busy most days, so that left the home empty. But when we did get back to the house we were able to get comfortable right away.Thank you for answering our questions quickly. We had never stayed where there was a door system so we didn't know how to work it.We hope to make other trips out to the Amish country and will check...

"This was a lovely home that was able to accommodate all our needs. The backyard and front porch were awesome. Cute restaurants that you could walk to. A well stocked kichen to cook in and plenty of comfy seating and space. It was bigger than pictured. Clean and comfortable. We loved it."

"We were in town for a ladies retreat and decided to rent a house instead of a hotel. So glad we did. The house is spacious and we were able to socialize or turn in for the night without disturbing others. It was too cold to sit outside, but the porch and fire pit area looked inviting. "

"We completely loved this home!! The home was clean & fresh when we arrived! Booking here again next year!"

"The stay was great for us centrally located to different areas we needed to be. Our last night the area had a large power outage but since our rental had a whole house generator we were not impacted and had a great evening. I appreciated the outdoor space, large gathering space inside and the special little touches such as shower steamers and stocked coffees and hot chocolates! Host was wonderful and responsive. Would book again! "

"the renovated historic home was super spacious and light filled. the A/C was great - especially considering it was a heat wave when we were in town, plus plenty of hot shower water. home easily slept 10 with 4 big bedrooms. wish 2nd bath was on main floor instead of basement, but to be expected in a historic home. super close to Ashland University and would be a great place to stay for Balloon Fest which is at the park next door. we didn't cook much, but kitchen seemed to have what would be...
