"The cottage was very cute and homey. It was well stocked and everything was as advertised. The only thing they didn't have was spices and coffee which was okay with me, just adding it for future renters thinking about cooking or enjoying coffee on the deck. The cottages were well maintained and landscaped well and the area was quiet. We pretty much had the pool area to ourselves but everyone was very friendly when you cross paths. Location is perfect to Wells Beach and only 25 min to Old...

"Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Cute cottage- bonus was the porch - ac and comfy chairs / couch for relaxing and reading - also with a tv Comfy beds - great shower and bathroom. Kitchen was perfect size. So clean and comfortable- very easy check in and host Mary so gracious and welcoming- wonderful communication as well. Highly recommend. We hope to return next year. Close to mile road and beach - as well as all the antiques in Wells "

Vanessa was wonderful with communication and even mailed back an item that we left behind.
