"This was a grand old mansion that was well cared for. The room was lovely, warm and comfortable. There was one other couple staying but we never saw them. The morning breakfast bar was more than adequate and the coffee was delicious. There were several sitting rooms on the first floor which were sunny and relaxing. Parking was right behind the house and keyless entry worked very well. This was a lovely location and I wish we had more time to stay there."

"The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. "

"Did not send check-in info via text, when I called they said they sent but never and resent, then gave me the wrong room. I booked double bed but got 1 king bed said double bed booking is not guaranteed and the rooms are sold out. However the worse part is the room is full of smoke smell so badly that seems to be a long term smoking room. We had to buy candles and fragrance spray from CVS but still don't help much. "

"Beautiful space in an amazing location!! A few of the kitchen amenities listed were not available, but we found a market nearby to grab honey, etc. Everything was so clean and quiet, super soft, fluffy towels and a very pretty patio/yard space! We would definitely stay here again! "

"We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable, cozy stone cottage. The space is filled with beautiful antiques, and the fireplace made our evenings especially warm and relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the host was responsive, thoughtful, and communicated so well throughout our stay.There were so many personal touches — it felt like everything we might need had already been anticipated and provided. A truly charming and welcoming place. Highly recommend!"
