"We were in town for a concert. I booked this hotel for the walkability, and for the great reviews. It lived up to the hype! Check-in was smooth, and Sarah was amazing! Even gave us warm cookies. Dennis drove us to the concert & picked us up, even though traffic was a MESS! The room was clean & comfortable. Will stay here again!"

"My only issue was waiting 45 mins to check in. I tried to do the app check in but wouldn’t work. A concert was across the street so they know it would be busy. Priority Hilton line people would keep coming. Suggestions would be for one person to check in priority and the other 2 check in normal line. Jaiden texted and checked in and asked and I told her and she apologized and gave us $25 credit towards food. Which is fine but fixing the problem would be better. Make it so you can check in on...
