"We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. The first 2 nights we stayed with our youngest 3 children and the last two nights with 6 more of our kids and a couple of boyfriends. It was tight but we all fit. Bathroom sharing worked fine too. Most meals were out and about but I was able to make breakfast the morning we left for everyone. We ate in shifts which worked too. It was a good stay. "

"We stayed here for a family reunion. The pictures make it appear much nicer, bigger, and cleaner than reality. When we walked in, none of the AC window units were running and it was sweltering hot. If they have someone checking in, you’d think they would at least turn that on for them? It took almost 12 hours to cool down and could barely keep up during our stay. They do provide several fans though, which we’re running full time. The smaller bedroom barely fits one twin bed, let alone a...

"The Rookery was great! The hosts have thought of everything. We didn’t go without a single thing, they had all dishes and appliances you need, board and card games, movies, easy WiFi access and use on the TVs, blankets, chairs, and much more. We arrived on a Friday evening and left Sunday morning. We came prepared with food so we never even had to get back in the car until we left. Perfect stay 10/10 !"
