"The property is nice but definitely an old building. Also the windows had cracks in them, bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve slept in but it gets the job done. Cleaning fees are a bit much on this property. There’s no central AC and only had two AC units which one of the bedrooms didn’t have one. And the door was hanging off the hinges. All of that can be good a side though. Check in process was easy, neighborhood was nice, location to Peoria was decent, it is equipment with everything...

"This place worked out very well for my stay in Peoria. It was convenient for getting to the highways, but also had a Kroger and Wal-Mart close by as well. The place was clean and had everything I needed, and my cat adjusted well to staying there for 5 days. I would definitely consider this place again to stay in Peoria."

"The property was as advertised visually but thin walls and noisy neighbors were very unfortunate keeping us up when we had busy days ahead. Easy access to Louisville Sluggers complex close to restaurant to drive to."

It is all in the details and the small touches like coffee/mulitiple ways of brewing it and interesting books to read all added to the clean quiet and comfortable setting. Probably best for more than 1 day to be able to average the cleaning fee into the overall price. Simply an outstanding place to stay at any price !!"
