"My sister and I came for the Cowboys vs. Eagles game on 11/10/24. While I wish the game was better, the weekend was great! The property was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Highly suggest visiting the Stockyards in Fort Worth. Overall, the hosts were terrific and if you have 3 people or less, this is the perfect spot for the price."

"We stayed at this VRBO because it was very close to Dickies arena. It was prefect for our needs. The driveway to park was unnerving because it was so narrow and had pillars but that we were pre warned. Hosts were very good at communication and replying. "

"This little suite outside of town in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood was perfect for our trip to Fort Worth! My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub/private patio after long days spent seeing the sights! We loved the snacks and drinks left for us upon our arrival!"

"Great property for a stay near TCU. Very comfortable, owners very responsive and wanted to make sure everything was great. Would definitely stay again but it is important to know that this is a guest house over the garage. Full use of backyard area while there and that space is as amazing as the pics show. "

"Nothing but good things. You want for nothing. Very well stocked with everything you need. The decor is well above most high end rentals. The location is in perfect setting and close to everything. Highly recommend this to anyone who appreciates a really nice place to stay."

"The house was in a pretty quiet neighborhood. We went during New Years so that night was a little noisy obviously but there was a great fireworks show at the stadium so that was cool. This place is great for a small family."

"Great location close to Will Rogers Memorial Center and Dickies Arena. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. The home is older so may not be in "pristine" condition, but it has new fixtures and appliances. It is well laid out and the heat and air work well. Host is great with communication and gave us great restaurant suggestions. Overall, a wonderful stay. Thanks Chris!"
