"My fiancé and I booked a night at The Beach House. It was an amazing stay. Everything is so well looked after and well organised. Clean bathrooms and toilets, comfortable bed (which was much needed)—was a relaxing stay! Everything was taken care of. "O hotel é muito “cheio” e barulhento na recepção. Isso acontece pois existe o Taj Mahal Palace é o Taj Mahal tower, hóspedes de níveis diferentes, e todos usam o mesmo lugar da recepção que está seeeempre lotada e com barulho. O serviço do hotel, do qual eles tanto se orgulham, acho que é mais market, pois por exemplo os Oberoi tem serviço extremamente mais atencioso. Mas a arquitetura do hotel é linda, tem 7 restaurantes dos quais 2 são ótimos (chines e japonês). Fale 10X caso você não queira...

"We were a family of 4 with 2 boys aged 9 and 11. The restaurant staff went out of their way to cater to the foods the boys liked(both have very different tastes). We lost some swimming trunks at the pool. The pool manager found them and they were returned to us the next day. The room had a wonderful view to the ocean and a balcony where we could relax while watching the waves. Ultimately it was the staff that made this place so lovely. "
