Love that she had the essential oils because some places I've stayed at near the beach smell musty. The neighborhood has homes very close together and the streets are very narrow. "The inside of the house was in good condition. The kitchen and bathrooms were done well. Overall definitely good for the cost. Biggest concern was the backyard fence had missing boards and while we didn't have an issue, it did give us pause for the kids. We were happy with the house and feel that it's a good option for families or couples. Convenient for McDonald's."

"I rented this condo for 5 nights with 3 kids (17, 16, 11) for a baseball tournament in Portland-about a 10 minute drive. We went to dinner in Port Aransas one night which is about 30/40 minutes depending on where you’re going. There is beach access from the parking lot. If you don’t like the beaches on the bay, it is a quick drive to a multitude of beaches on the Gulf. The front desk receptionist was polite and quick at check-in. "This property is so cute! I loved it here. The balcony has an amazing view of the ocean. This property has its own access to the beach anytime of day or night. It is walking distance. Even though there is construction going on, you don’t hear it at all. As of right now there is no elevators so you do have to walk up stairs to get to the property. The owner was amazing. They set out a binder with food and activities in the area. Even had menus inside of it! Definitely made my trip so much easier....
