"The home was just as advertised. Our host was super helpful and gracious. She allowed us an additional 2 hours to check out as our 3 husbands participated in the Sturgeon Bay bicycle event! Home was clean and more than spacious. We never knew she was home in the downstairs apartment. The side yard is large and next stay we’ll have to remember to bring out croquet set. Thank you Tracie for opening your home to us!"

"Our stay here was outstanding! The location was ideal. It was close enough to town but still far away enough you felt like you were out in the country We spent many nights gathered in front of the campfire under the stars. DEFINITELY WILL COME BACK"

"This weekend couldn’t have been more perfect and a huge part of that was because of this house and the host. The check-in process was incredibly easy. The house was absolutely spotless. Instructions were very clear. Host had excellent communication and responded within minutes. We celebrated my sisters bachelorette party. The area, house, and the views, could not have been more perfect. I would recommend this house to any one of my friends or family members."

"My brother (58) and I (70) came from Northern Illinois for a couple of days fishing in late Sept. 2024. The Doorstop was perfect for our needs. It's a two-bedroom upper in immaculate condition. It's very modern, clean and very tastefully decorated. The bathroom is super clean with a full-sized shower. Ladies will really appreciate it. The property owners, Steve and Joan, live on the property. They're very attentive to needs and questions, but they do not intrude at all. Really nice...

"Just what we wanted. Unfortunately we found out that Green Bay is not clear water, which is why we decided to vacation here. We ended up driving each day to Door County for the clear water. The site was remote, beautiful views, and we enjoyed the quiet along with the ammenties (fire, bags). Plenty of room for the five of us. We recommend purchasing bottled water as we did not care for the water from the faucet. Thank you for the wonderful stay!"

"We have stayed here several times and we love it. It is clean when we arrive and is a nice traditional Door County Cottage. The views are spectacular and sunsets and sunrises are awesome. The love swing overlooking Sand Bay and bonfire pit are nice touches. Located on the end of a dead end road, it offers privacy and is close to all Door County attractions. We highly recommend it and look forward to our next visit...."

"This was a superb setting for a family. The whole house is welcoming and comfortable. We were able to make dinners in the fully equipped kitchen and prepare for daily outings with ice made in the freezer. The living room, attached deck, and campfire area, all with ample seating, were great gathering areas. The bedroom bedding was very comfortable after long adventurous days. "I had high hopes before we arrived, and this cabin exceded my expectations! The era of the interior and other features reminded me of my family's lake cottage, so I immediately felt at home.
