Wonderful Beach Property
We enjoyed our short stay at this beautful beach home. The bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds. The layout was perfect for our family of 10. The private beach area was great. We hope to be back sometime! 7

Beautiful Oceanside Escape (with minor operational issues)
Location, amenities and property manager were all superb, however this older home had a couple of issues that we unfortunately had to deal with that put a damper on our stay. The oven wouldn't properly heat, but property manager found a repairman to fix the next day; the upstairs bathroom had slow draining sink and sewage smell that came up the shower when used that was mostly resolved with a plumber visit after 3 days; and the WiFi signal is very weak in the downstairs 2 bedrooms. To be sure, we pleased with responsiveness and communication from property manager, but were disappointed that we had to deal with these issues in an oceanfront rental at this price level.

This was a very nice property with a great view of the ocean. You could open some of the bedroom windows and fall asleep to the sound of waves. Lots of toys for kids. No beach towels. No beach access. Very nice house

Beautiful home, owners were great to work with. Only disappointment was description in listing stated easy beach access. That was not the case, only way to the beach was to scale a rock wall during low tide, difficult to do with a 2 year old and elderly parents.

Family fun and sun!
Ocean front barely speaks to the truth of this property. Our access to the beach was limited by the season and its high tides, but a 7 minute walk/drive either direction gets you sandy and wide open beach to swim and sun. The beauty and splendor outside are enjoyed equally as well while comfortably seated inside. Each room was comfortably appointed. The bathrooms were well stocked and showers spacious for adults/children. The 4 big(ger) grands enjoyed the sand toys (the outdoor shower was fully tested!). As SoCal natives dwelling in the SoNev desert for 30+ years we raised daughters who love the ocean—and beaches. We are grateful to enjoy watching them raise their children to do the same! This house provided the perfect setting.

Great ocean property
Great home with great views! Everything was as described, clean, awesome location. No direct beach access due to high tide and the rocks leading down to the water (I think beach access is permitted during other times of the year via a path next to the property). But there is a great sandy back area facing the ocean to sit and enjoy! Very close drive to restaurants and local beaches. Will stay again and recommend!

Spacious home, worked well for our extended family of 12. Loved the private yard/sand area & quiet neighborhood. Easy to book & check in. Kitchen was clean, well stocked & easy to prepare meals in. Appreciated 2 refrigerators for all the food & drinks. Lots of seating, inside & outside. Sand toys are available outside but no toys or amenities (pack & play, high chair, etc) for children inside. Parking for 2 cars in garage & additional free street parking if needed. Definitely recommend & would book again!

Adorable oceanfront spot with personal beach.
Beds were comfy. Lots of space and storage for 3 families to sleep, shower, hang and be beach bums. Management was awesome as we had 1 minor problem with the microwave and it was changed out same day. Lots of toys and beach comforts provided. Kitchen essentials were stocked for easily cooking full meals at the house. Double washer and dryer were a nice surprise! Fridge was big and bonus fridge in the garage was helpful. House had lots of little essentials like shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergent, shower and beach towels, chairs and small stock of paper goods. Clean house and well kept.

Rented beach house with my children and grandkids. We were n town to attend my nieces college graduation at UCSD. Home was very nice but a bit outdated. Backyard “ocean” was great. Lack of basic supplies was a little aggravating but overall a very nice home. Would be interested in renting again.

Spectacular Large Living Space!
This property was very very well kept and maintained. All spaces are very large, especially the top floor with a huge open floor plan and all with window to ten ocean! The design of this house is great for large groups and doesn’t feel like a typical beach house(small spaces). Plenary of room for the kids to be gaming on the tv while the adults sit, chat, sip, all while enjoying the view. Everything about our stay was truly top notch, check in to communication with ownership and so on! Highly recommend this property!!

Awesome location
A group of 10 of us stayed in this amazing home and it was everything we had hoped for. We saw dolphins each day right in front of the house and even a seal playing one morning.. Don’t hesitate to book, you’ll have a great time. My only suggestion to the owners is to replace the mattresses on the sleeper sofas in the basement. They were extremely uncomfortable. We ended up pulling the mattresses off the frame and laying them on the floor to sleep so we didn’t have to deal with the bars. Other than that it was perfect.

Great home right on the beach. Well appointed kitchen, had pretty much everything we needed to cook/bake and plate food. garage can fit 2 cars, ample street parking. Beds are ok, a bit soft for me. Lots of blankets and throws, plenty of towels. '5th' bedroom is a tv/rec room with 2 fold out queen sofas. Two sets of Washers/Dryers- party of 12 could do much laundry. Good waves for both surfing and body boarding. Lots of chairs on the sandy backyard area with a firepit. Grill is on front porch and a charcoal grill set up, not propane.

Oceanside Beach Weekend
The property was just as described. We had 10 adults and 2 small children. It was perfect. Plenty of things to do on the property and plenty of local sites to see Logan was our point of contact and she was great to work with. .

You double booked the house and RUINED our vacation!!!
The property was double booked, leaving me and my party of 10 HOMELESS! We were sent just one link from Logan for a hotel to stay in... that was ALSO booked solid and had NO availability!! We flew in all the way from Texas and VRBO completely RUINED our vacation. I am completely disgusted. Hands down the worst experience of my life. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!
