Coastal Home Perfect for Large Families and Groups of Friends

Soak up the San Diego sun and enjoy your vacation with all your family and/or friends! We just finished remodeling the house and all the furniture, linens and towels are brand new! We are half way between San Diego and Disneyland and only 15 minutes from Legoland and 10 minutes from the beach and pier. So many fun things to do in Oceanside or stay home and enjoy the hot tub, ping pong table, fire pit, bbq, foose ball table and lots of games and toys for everyone to enjoy! NO PARTIES!!!! STRICT QUIET HOURD from 10pm to 10am or neighbors will call police!

Family Celebration of Life

We hosted a small gathering of family and close friends and the open floor plan was perfect. The foosball table was great entertainment for the kids that were there. Awesome spot!

Such a GREAT property! Perfect place to house everyone for my daughter's wedding... plenty of space, rooms, etc. Host was amazing and gave perfect details! I would highly recommend if you're looking for a place for the family to all stay under one roof! 10 out of 10 stars for sure!!

Decent property and we enjoyed our stay. The outside of amenities didnā€™t live up to the listing.

Overall the property was sufficient. It was clean on the surface, but probably could have used a deep clean. The main disappointment was the outside space. The hot tub was half full and not clean, there were no functional cornhole set and the ping pong was in iffy shape. The redeeming factor was the couch and fire pit which was a nice way to relax with the group. Overall,I would go back again if the outside space was up to par to what was advertised.

Good Stay But Nothing Spectacular

The host of this property was very communicative and accommodating but overall nothing too spectacular or impressive about this property. It did the job for our retreat. It was spacious and had enough beds for us but thatā€™s about it. We had to kill a few spiders/insects and there were spider webs everywhere that we had to clean ourselves. That is something the cleaners shouldā€™ve taken care of prior. The hot tub wouldā€™ve been a nice amenity to use but it had a really strong chlorine smell and had spiders all around it. Some of the beds were very squeaky and the cabinets in the kitchen were poorly designed/put together. None of those cons were any major red flags to us and would stay here again in the future.

Family Memorial Service

Property is nicely maintained and conveniently located to the San Luis Mission and Eternal Hills Mortuary, which were the two main venues we visited. We will definitely recommend it to family an d friends, and use this property again in the future.

Clean Property - Great Host

This property is extremely spacious, clean and full of amenities. The beds were superb. The only minor hiccup was that we were unable to get the heat and A/C temps balanced between upstairs and downstairs. Other than that, I would stay here again without question.

Wonderful Birthday Weekend With Friends

We absolutely loved our time at Katherineā€™s house. It was clean, fun and spacious with all the amenities. We had zero problems with anyone in the neighborhood. There were plenty of bikes to ride and games to play along with a huge kitchen table that allowed us a wonderful bday family dinner. We could also watch skydivers from the patio as they flew back down to earth. It was beautiful and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the local area. Thanks again for everything, Katherine!

Not like the pictures

Communication was great with our host and check in and out was super easy! The house did not look like the photos used. There were stained couches, a missing indoor shutter, one of the beds was super squeaky, walls were dirty. There was some Funky design things about the house that made it feel run down. Awkward lighting, the door to a bathroom upstairs was swollen and does not close properly, it got stuck to the floor. The whole home Was filled with STRONG air fresher smell. We unplugged the wall plug ins and used our diffusers.

Not as expected

While the host was very responsiveā€¦ the house was definitely not clean. Everything felt sticky and unsanitized. Towels smelled and the beds did not feel clean. All of our feet were black from the wood floors. Definitely expected a much cleaner home especially for the price. I would not stay here again.
