Sunset bonfires are permitted on the beach (time for S'mores!) and you only have to walk out the door onto the sand to find your special spot. Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the beachfront patio, rooftop terrace, and attached 2-car garage with a Tesla charger. Enjoy two living rooms, a gourmet kitchen, a laundry room, and Smart TVs. The home is equipped with top-of-the-line Purple Mattresses, a Tempurpedic Cal King bed, and Wi-Fi. No pets are allowed due to allergies, and guests must be 25 or older to rent.

Guests are kindly requested to depart at or before 10 am.
For your safety and enjoyment, there is a contained Solo Stove with seating for 'easy clean-up' beach fires. Please note that a fine of $1,000 will be imposed for open bonfires within 60 feet of the home.
When utilizing the Solo fire pit, use only wood; refrain from adding any other substances like water or sand, as the Solo fire pit will naturally burn out. Instructions for the Solo fire pit are provided in laminated form and posted in the garage.
To maintain the Solo Fire Pit, avoid using a metal rake or any other metal object to move wood around.
Indoor furniture, such as kitchen chairs, should not be moved outdoors; they are meant to remain inside the house.
For outdoor seating, please use the designated beach chairs conveniently located in the garage.
We kindly request adherence to quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am.
Avoid washing vehicles of any kind on the property or neighboring properties. Your cooperation is appreciated.
