This private home is situated in a great section of Oceano, close to the beach for easy access to the Oceano Dunes, just across the street from a park with playground equipment, and easy walking distance to favorites such as Old Juan's and the Rock n Roll Diner. The lot is fully gated making it a perfect option for anyone bringing kids, a dog (must be pre-approved, additional fee applies), or trailers with ATVs/dirt bikes/dune buggies. You enter the property into a small landing with stairs going up to the main living level and stairs going down to the rest of the home. Upstairs you'll find a lovely open floorplan with plenty of windows to bring in lots of natural light and makes it easy to keep an eye on kids or pets outside on the deck. There's a living room with a big natural stone fireplace, sofa, overstuffed chair with ottoman, and a large smart TV ready for you to stream your preferred service (guests must sign into their own accounts). A dining area that has a nice big table and chairs for 8. Spacious kitchen fully equipped for whipping up those favorite family recipes. Down the hall is the primary bedroom suite, which features a king bed, slider out to the huge deck, Smart TV, and the en suite bath has a dual vanity with a combo tub/shower with glass enclosure. The ground level of the home has the garage (for 1 car, plus storage), laundry room, another full bathroom with combo tub/shower and the second and third bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 sets of bunk beds, each set of bunks has a full size bed on the lower bunk and a twin on the upper bunk. Both bedroom have sliding glass doors out to a narrow backyard, which is separately fenced off from the front driveway area. WiFi is complimentary. This property does not have air conditioning. A camera is present at the front door.
