Inside this rental, you'll have plenty of natural light contributing to an airy environment. Throw on a movie in the living area or whip up some of your favorite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen. Share these meals with loved ones in the dining area, perfect for great conversation. Should you need to throw in a load of laundry after the day's events, a washer and dryer are available for use. Things to Know
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. Cable is not provided, but a Roku TV with hundreds of channels is available.
Guests must supply their own wood for the firepit.
The shed and garage at the back of the yard are not accessible
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
