We cater only to families and close friends who are looking for an exceptional home away from home experience. There is a 10 PM quiet time in this neighborhood.

Our vacation home is designed in a modern coastal style. It is meticulously maintained and beautifully decorated. It is only a short golf cart ride to the historic “Ocean Springs Downtown District” or to our beautiful beaches. You may also choose to relax and swim in your own private swimming pool. A four-seat golf cart is located on the property and available to rent at a reasonable cost either before or during your stay.

The open floor plan includes a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, and lounging area. There are three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a Primary Bedroom with King Bed and private bathroom. The other two bedrooms include one with a Queen Bed, and the other has a Full size bed with a twin trundle. All the bedrooms have Smart TVs with Amazon Prime included.

Of course, high-speed wireless internet is included. A 6’ privacy fence surrounds the backyard and in-ground pool. A morning room with a restroom overlooking the pool offers a place to unwind and play games. A pack-and-play and high chair are in the kitchen pantry. Pool towels and floats are also supplied. These are just some of our special amenities.

For those wanting to bring a boat or trailer, we have plenty of room to park in our large driveway. Ocean Springs harbor is nearby where you can easily launch boats, kayaks, and paddleboards.

Ocean Springs and Mermaid Dreams, is in the heart of the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast with plenty of things to see and do. Golfing, Fishing, and Casinos just to name a few. There are all kinds of restaurants for you to enjoy our local food. You will find yourself near the Historic Downtown Ocean Springs and Entertainment District. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.

Mermaid Dreams is the vacation rental property of an award-winning Coastal artist. Original paintings and limited edition prints of her landscapes and Coastal scenes are featured throughout the home. They are available to purchase if you would like to take any of them home as a memory of your Ocean Springs stay.

***Please note only 6 guests are allowed to stay overnight according to our city permit. 8 people are the most that can be on the property at any given time. A waiver will be needed to be electronically signed for all people on the property before check-in instructions are given. Mermaid Dreams is not meant for social gatherings or parties of any type. The guest limit will be strictly enforced, and reservations will be canceled if not adhering to the House Rules***

***An electronic liability waiver will need to be filled out with the names of all guests before your access code is given for check-in***

***There are exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***
