This charming home is located directly on the dunes and it's even closer to the fun so you can let the ins and outs of daily life wash away with the playful waves.

Blue Skys feels just like home, so no valuable beach time will be spent fussing around inside.

Featuring two bedrooms, one has a roomy king-sized bed for a bit of privacy and the second holds a queen-sized bed too. There really is enough room for everyone in your family!

There's a quaint kitchen perfect for any culinary creation and a comfy-cozy living room with a sleeper sofa too: a relaxation paradise.

We stock the unit with fresh linens and bedding as well as the kitchen with all of the utensils/pots & pans you'll need to pack a picnic or whip up a midnight snack.

You can even bring along your pup - four legged pals deserve to get in on the swell times too! Dogs are welcome with a standard per dog, per night fee.

The Pacific Surf building is made up of small community of 11 beachy homes.

All of which are impeccably clean, unbelievably comfortable, and close to the pulse of Ocean Shores. Just close enough for a short jaunt to the shops and equipment rentals, but not so close that the noise travels.

The sound of the surf and seabirds is all you'll hear beyond your walls.

Visiting during the warm weather? Get ready for clamming season! Rent a moped or bike and take a ride into town where you'll find the main drag. Here you'll find locally hand crafted meals served in the town's restaurants as well as boutiques filled with souvenirs to take home!

The warmer days also mean horseback riding along the beach or whale watching tours, all within a short distance of all of our units.

Want to head to the beach during Winter too? That's not a problem! The views are just as beautiful and it's still a great getaway from your every day life. The main drag is still just as active with bowling alleys, shops and galleries to keep you busy.

By The Sea, By The Sea is the only full-stack vacation rental management company in the area. We vow to make booking with us simple and exciting. While others know their way around it, we know that booking a rental property home for your vacation can be unfamiliar territory for some. Because we know this, we ensure that each of our properties is up to high-quality standards.

We do our absolute best to provide support to our guests when booking.

We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.

MANAGED: This managed property needs good guest behavior and adherence to instructions, rules, terms, conditions, and requires online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. IF dogs area allowed, there is a quantity and weight limit, with a per-day, per-dog fee. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording depending on staffing. There may be interior decibel meters to report excessive noise. To allow enough time for full cleaning, check-In time is 5pm and Check-Out is 11am. Bookings over 29 days are with Prospera Property Management.

Comfortable Stay

The property and amenities were good. Everything was very clean and smooth. Thank you. Just a couple of comments in what can be better. The bathroom is a bit old, the sink does not drain well and it would be helpful to have grab bars for the elderly.

Open the door and turned around and left

Property smelled very strongly of mold and mildew. Opened doors and windows but the smell would not go away. Curtains were stained and some windows would not open and some of the screens were torn, pictures from vrbo site did not represent the outside property as was show in pictures.We ending up leaving and rented a different location because of smell and not being able to air it out with the window isses.

sunshine & rain but fun

he tiolet makes a terrible noise when flushed, but it does not last too long. Bed was really comfy, but the sofa was way too soft and hard to get out of, for us seniors. We did enjoy our time, but I am through with Ocean Shores.the directions to get into the place were incorrecr, looking for a non existent key, took a long and frustrating time. The appliances need to have printed direction, the Kerig coffee maker was something we were not prepared for, should have been noted in the directions. There was not enough pods for two pwoplw for 4 days, we brought our own coffee and filter. Luckily Jackie had a new coffee maker and let us use it, she also showed us how to work the stove, the tv . king bedroom window, no screen. Left window does not open in that room .

Girls Getaway

We had a great time. The place is cute and beach. Well stocked amenities. However, the heat was off when we arrived and in reading through instructions, learned we were not to touch thermostat without taking to office or owner which we tried se real times through phone messages to no avail the first night. It was cold and Uncomfortable but with persistence the next morning we finally got hold if a nice lady named Penny that said by all means turn on he heat and no, we would not be charged extra for doing so. When turning on heat, we noticed the vents were so clogged with dust etcā€¦we had to clean them best we could. The inside of the oven was very dirty and unwelcoming for using as were the burners on glass top. We soaked burners with dawn soap some wouldnā€™t smell or cook on more but forwent the oven. We put the garbage out I. Dumpster but found no recycling bins as stated. Hoping this does not result in any additional charges. The whole rules regiment with the threat of new charges for anything and everything is quite intimidating to say the least. The first time ever experiencing such. We did however enjoy our time and especially the singing toilet! We already miss it! All in all, itā€™s a wonderful space which we enjoyed very much. PS: (the ratan chair could use some mending). Sorry for input but as Maids from days long gone by, a little more attention to details couldnā€™t hurt.

Clean and quiet

Less than 2 year old renovation, (i estimate) New floors cabinets and countertops. Matress in the master was better than what i sleep on at home. Complete and thoughtful collection of dishes, cookware, and cutlery. Plentiful and quality towels and washcloths in the bathroom. Wifi was excellent and we watched internet-based television the entire weekend without any buffering. I will be staying again soon.

Don't Let Outside Fool You

The outside of the units are very modest looking, but inside is very modern and up to date. Rooms are bright and cheery; close to beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen has serving pieces for about 6 people and basic pots, pans and serving bowls. Also has waffle maker and toaster; Keurig coffee maker. Bathroom is small due to having a clothes washer/dryer in it, but enough room for what you need. We were very comfortable staying here and would stay again.

Unit Not as Pictured

The place did not match the pictures in several ways, the front door mat was a trip hazard, falling apart with a quarter inch of dirt underneath. There was no screen door on the front unlike some of the other units. There were not seat pads on the stools as pictured, we made do with towels. The couch was dirty, stained and the Rattan chair had a chunk coming off one arm. There were no screens on the window and the pack patio door. There wasn't a fan available for the room without a window. The sink didn't drain in the bathroom. Positives - the beds were comfortable, the kitchen appliances all worked. The dishes, silverware and glasses were all ok.

Glad we were here for the beach!

The outside area was rundown looking. The main bedroom was missing the screen, the sliding glass door was very hard to open and the screen was cut open. The guest bed was so hard and uncomfortable I slept on the couch. The living area was nicely decorated, the kitchen was stocked well with pots, pans. My daughter and I still had a lovely stay at the beach, but will not use this company again.

Awful! The place smelled bad and didnā€™t air out after leaving all doors and windows open for a hour. The window and door screens were missing or torn. The window and sliding door tracks were filled with dirt. The windows havenā€™t been cleaned in a very long time. The floor turned my feet black because it was dirty. The washing machine is full of mold. We didnā€™t feel safe. We were supposed to stay three nights and left after one. Iā€™ve asked for a refund for the two nights we didnā€™t stay. I havenā€™t received it. This place was expensive for what it is! We got a cheaper and extremely better room at the Comfort Inn.

Not bad

Overall stay was nice. Disappointed that their was no ac or fans as promised. Was excited to have a backyard, but sadly due to the grounds and the tree spikes couldnt enjoy the backyard. Was excited for the laundry, but due to rhe mold growing in the washer seal, didnt deem it sanitary to do laundry. Beds were old, but comfortable. Would recommend bringing own sheets as i do not believe they're washed.

A stay worthy of a repeat

The owners of this unit put lots of thoughtful touches to make the stay worry free, convenient, and overall delightful. So many things to mention: Cooking utensils, various sized bowls, plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, and the little things like ice already made and ready, some dish detergent, laundry detergent, bar of soap, shampoo, doggy towels in a bucket for messy paws, hooks everywhere for hanging things and staying organized in the small space, and even a Keurig with a few coffee pods. My only input for improvement would be new mattresses and some new pillows, the mattress had that flat divet from weight, at your butt, then a bump in the center, which deters from comfortable sleep. If I rented the unit again, I'd bring a memory foam topper for the bed. The unit also needs new screens on some of the windows. This didn't bother us much though since there aren't many bugs at the beach. We could hear the ocean from bed and had a cool breeze. Just a short walk to the beach or Spaggios, our favorite restaurant in OceanShores. The teens could walk to the mini golf arcade and bike rental place.

We felt very comfortable in this property that had been remodeled with beach themed decor. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking and the bed was comfortable. We even used the backyard to relax. Thankfully we had great weather!

Nice, reasonably priced condo on the beach

This is an older building that looks like it might have been a motel previously, but our unit was remodeled inside and worked perfect for a long weekend at the beach with friends. Would stay there again.

Perfect stay over Christmas holiday

Unit was just as described. Clean, well stocked with basic essentials and close to town. I liked the roominess of the kitchen. Plenty of counter space to fix meals and leave the grab and go beach items easily accessible. Would definitely recommend!

Very comfortable setting

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. We had no plans for the weekend other than relax. This condo worked perfectly for that. It was very cozy and had everything we needed. This was our first BnB we've arranged to stay at. While there my wife said "no more hotels, only BnB". It was fun watching the birds in the back yard and the occasional deer wander by. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Convenient, Clean and Dog Friendly

This unit was nicely remodeled and furnished. It was a very small older condo and so very clean that even I didn't feel the need to sanitize anything. We felt safe enough in the area next to bigger hotels and the main route to the beach. I would give it 5 stars if the windows were clean. An older property doesn't bother me as much as lack of maintenance. This unit was occupied by my niece and her family. My sister and I stayed in another unit at these condos, a few doors down. Both units were great and we had no regrets. One thing to note is that the cleaning fees and such do add up so you must realize the total cost, because the rental fees are listed separately.

Close to the beach!

The condo was clean and comfortable and so close to the beach. We could walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Shopping was very close including the grocery store. If you want a quiet, comfortable, conveniently located place to stay in Ocean Shore, this is the place.
