We would recommend that the owners consider a few things that might make guests stays better. First, there was a small number of dishes for eating on. "We had a great time at ocean front condominium! There a lot of great things that make this a great beach destination. The room was great with one of the best views and a back yard that you can relax in while enjoying one of the best views we have found in Lincoln City. We stayed in the off season so the prices were good. The Summer rates look high to me but if you have the money it is well worth it."

"My wife, daughter, and beagle had a fantastic stay for several days. The location left nothing to be desired; the sounds of the ocean provided the soundtrack for our trip, and I could easily pop across the street to stroll along the beach with ease to walk the dog, watch my daughter play with sand, and comb for beach treasures. Our host was very responsive whenever we had questions and made us feel well taken care of. Would happily stay again!"

"This was my 79th Birthday/New Years trip with my family of 8 (2 teenagers (15-19). As soon as we checked in, my youngest grandson gave me a hug and said, "Grandma, this place is awesome!" We all agreed! The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed, even a K-cup coffee maker! Most important for us was the easy beach access and the fantastic view but we all fell in love with the house itself! I am glad my tall sons have patience and a sense of humor for the small showers!...

"Very nicely appointed home. Spacious. Huge windows and deck to enjoy the view. The sounds of the ocean. We always look for cleanliness first and comfort second. This home was extremely clean. The King bedroom had an extremely comfortable mattress. The queen bedrooms mattress was a little soft for our family. They're very accommodating of pets and make having them in the home Easy for you.
