Our overall impression of the property is that it was not at all worth price we had to pay, which was nearly $14,000 for the week. Examples of problems with the property included, sheets in the bedrooms didn't fit the mattresses, several mattress pads that were tattered and dirty, missing light bulbs in fixtures, the smoke detector was chirping from needing a battery, several bathrooms were not clean, with tubs, sinks and floor having hair present, and the kitchen faucet didn't work properly. Additionally, the floor in the bedroom where I stayed had sand and dust balls around the bed! Overall, it was a disappointing place to stay.
One positive note was the property manager. She was very responsive, and tried to get us some replacement items for some of the things that were lacking, like some mattress pads and light bulbs. However, that didn't make up for the lack of cleanliness.
Given the overall situation with this property, it would certainly be fair for us to be given some sort of refund credit for our stay.
