Three additional bedrooms on this level offer private retreats, each accompanied by its own full bathroom—one hosting a King bed, one hosting a Queen bed, and one designed with two bunk beds featuring trundles, providing ample sleeping space for youngsters. Also present on this level are a half bathroom and the laundry room, ensuring convenience for all occupants.
Further downward, on the ground floor, discover the garage and a convenient side door leading to the backyard, unveiling your very own tropical sanctuary. Enveloped by swaying palm trees, the outdoor space features a dazzling azure pool and rejuvenating spa, alongside a charming tiki bar encompassing a wet bar and flat-screen Smart TV. PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:
You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.
NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind
NO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise
NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise
Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)
Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.
We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.
Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.
The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at night due to timers.
*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS*
If your *check in date* is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $250 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**
We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
