Twin Villas 103S is conveniently located close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and all sorts of activities for every age and interest. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is fully appointed with central air conditioning, a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels after a day spent on the sand.
This condo is wonderfully located on the quieter, north side of Ocean City, two short blocks from the beach. Here on Coastal Highway, you can walk or drive in either direction find a wide assortment of shops, restaurants, activities, and attractions, from mini-golf to water parks. You'll also be less than half a mile south of Northside Park's sports fields, fishing lagoon, two playgrounds, picnic area, two piers, gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and regular events.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
