Waterfront 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom canal front condo with an outdoor pool near 118th street! This condo has an update kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Relax on the waterfront balcony that you can enter from the living room and master bedroom! Want to relax inside instead? You'll love the comfortable sectional sofa and the large Smart TV where you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) There's also a Smart TV with cable in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed so you can sleep 4 people comfortably. This unit also has central A/C a washer and dryer and one assigned parking spot. There is also plenty of free street parking. The condo is located on the third floor and the building does not have an elevator. Windward Landing is located in a more quiet, desirable part of Ocean City and is in walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, and many restaurants/bars including the original Green Turtle!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry. This property only rents for 7-day minimums.

*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $74.95. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
