Royal Beach 202 includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, free WiFi, 4 smart TVs, and a large, private balcony with beautiful outdoor seating, including high-top furniture to fully enjoy those ocean views. There is an outdoor pool on the same level as this condo, which makes it so convenient, especially if you have young children with you. There are beds for 8 people, a pack-n-play, and the enormous Lovesac family room sofa can easily sleep two adults. (Please note that groups under the age of 25 are not permitted.) Of course, there is central a/c and also reserved parking under the building for 2 cars. Free street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis. For easy trips to and from the beach, the owner allows use of the ground level storage unit and it is starting the season stocked with a beach buggy, 8 beach chairs, and an umbrella. (Please note that if beach chairs/accessories break or go missing, replacements are not guaranteed.) The property is non-smoking and animals are prohibited. Please note - sheets, towels, and paper products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
